Helping to launch a new electric fire brand to success
Designing photo-realistic lifestyle images for Interiors 4 Living.

What was slowing or stopping their progress
The Challenge
Monair and Naeem from Interiors 4 Living were looking to launch a new line of electric fires.
The Goal
To promote sales of their new range of electric fires, they wanted fantastic lifestyle imagery that would appear in their marketing materials and ‘wow’ customers.
Challenges to overcome
Arranging studio photography for a new brand can be cost-prohibitive. Especially as they had three different sizes of built-in electric fires needing imagery.
Monair also felt organising a physical photoshoot to be a real hassle.
They also had a particular vision around having their fires in lifestyle images that matched their customer’s homes. It’s hard to achieve this level of personalisation with camera photography.

"Having to arrange a physical photoshoot and construct a real life setup is a hassle" Monair, Interiors 4 Living

This is one of the photos Interiors 4 Living sent us. From this photo and from the dimensions of the three sizes of fires we were able to create accurate and photo-realistic models of the fires.
Step 1
The Solution
Monair and Naeem knew using CGI could be the solution they were after and we were recommended by a previous client.
How did the project start?
With CGI there’s no need to bring your fire/fireplace to us or for us to come to you.
The fire/fireplace doesn’t even need to be properly set up. In Monair and Naeem’s case, their new electric fire was just sitting in the back of their showroom on some cement blocks. They simply took some photos of it and sent them to us.
They then sent us the dimensions of each fire and some installation photos of other fires that they liked…job done.
Step 2
The Solution
Creating lifestyle images that matched their customer's homes.
How we created the unique room-settings
After a brief discussion we understood what Monair and Naeem were looking for.
We carried out some interior design research and created a design brief including images of some beautiful living rooms that we felt matched the look, style and feel they were going for.
We then paired the style of these rooms to the type of media walls they wanted to feature, and then sent them the design brief for approval.

Two of the three reference photos we used to create new rooms.
What was achieved
The Result
We created 6 photo-realistic images that Interiors 4 Living can use to wow their customers and make more sales.
The output
From starting the project to completion in 7 days with minimal input and time needed from the client.
- 3 fires modelled
- 3 new personalised rooms created
- 3 4K Lifestyle shots delivered
- 3 4K close-up shots delivered
